in your computer.

There are a number of programs out there that that do a great
job of finding, containing and eliminating viruses. And oddly enough,
some are FREE!

Virus hoax information
If someone forwards a virus warning to you, first ask yourself
the following questions:
-
Did a genuine computer security expert send the alert?
-
What are the qualifications of the person that DID send it?
-
Does it urge you to forward the chain letter to everyone you
know?
-
Does the email offer a link to an authoritative details page?
-
Some email hoaxes tell you to delete various files in your
computer, and do it RIGHT NOW! --But why?
